Meet Bob
I joined the John L. Scott Renton office in 2017, and currently help clients buy or sell mostly single-family homes in areas including Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Seattle, Redmond and the Renton Highlands. I’m passionate about real estate, and when clients choose me as their broker, they can expect top-notch client service with proper and timely follow up.
After decades of work in the wine / spirits industry, I chose to become a real estate broker because I wanted to help people find the houses of their dreams, while making meaningful friendships along the way. I have a track record of success in successful client service and management, and I always treat clients the way I’d like to be treated. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing golf, exploring the Washington coast and spending time with my family.
Renton
Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods.
